Scientific interests:

Professor Piotr Czubak is a specialist in designing, modelling and analyzes of vibratory conveyors. Within this range he is the creator of several innovatory technological solutions, confirmed by the obtained Patents, containing:

  • Conveyors of a minimal influence on the foundation.
  • Conveyors of variable yields and the transport direction.
  • Sorting conveyors.
  • Optimal control systems of vibratory machines.

Scientific achievements of dr hab. eng. Piotr Czubak consist of more than 50 publications. He is the author of 2 monographs and 15 patents. In years: 2006, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 he obtained the Vice-Chancellor’s  III-nd degree Awards for scientific achievements. He obtained the I-st – degree Award for scientific achievements in the year of 2017.

Education and Scientific degrees

1984 - Finished the Primary School at the Rivers State University of Science and Technology in Port Harcourt, Nigeria.

1985 - Attended for 1 year the International Secondary School in Port Harcourt, Nigeria.

1991 - Graduated the mat.-phys. class of the V Secondary School named after August Witkowski, in Cracow.

1996 - Graduated the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Robotics of AGH named after Stanisław  Staszic, in Cracow and obtained the Master of Engineering degree.

2000 - Obtained the Ph.D. in Technical Sciences, in Mechanics, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Robotics of AGH.

2013 - Obtained the Post-Doctoral Degree (Habilitation) in Technical Sciences, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Robotics of AGH University of Science and Technology.

Since October 2019 – Professor of AGH University of Science and Technology, Cracow.

Didactic activity:

  • Lectures and classes of the subjects Mechanics I and II
  • Laboratory and classes of the subjects: Machine dynamics, Informatics
  • Lectures of the subject Machine dynamics.

Organizational activity:

  • Prof. Piotr Czubak is the coordinator of the Erasmus+ Program between AGH University of Science and Technology and the University North, Varaždin.
  • In years 2000-2016 he was the Secretary and Manager of defences of the Master Theses in the Department KMiW.
  • Member of the Polish Association of the Theoretical and Applied Mechanics (PTMTS).
  • Member of the Organizing Committee of the 4-th Polish Congress of Mechanics joined with the 23-rd International Conference on Computer Methods in Mechanics. Within his duties he was responsible for the contact with the Chancellery of the President of Poland. In effect of his efforts, the Conference was held under the Honorable Patronage of the President Andrzej Duda and the President personally opened the Conference.
